Patrick Haesler is an award-winning composer, performer, sound designer and producer from Ngunnawal Country (Canberra) Australia. Beginning as a trumpet player, Patrick has since branched into numerous musical fields, drawing influences from jazz and progressive music. He has used his diverse musical experience to compose music and design sound for films, video games and theatre. Recent productions include Work, But This Time Like You Mean It (2024), The Trials (2023), You Can't Tell Anyone (2023), and Soul Trading (2023 & 2024). Patrick has released soundtrack albums for many past productions. Most recently, in September 2024 Patrick released his eleventh studio album, the soundtrack for CYT's The Trials (2023) as Climate Trials (Original Theatre Soundtrack). Patrick’s experience with a wide variety of musical genres, ensembles and production techniques have made him a versatile creative in the world of music and sound.
